Ah, Superflex drafts. The 2QB format where passers fly off the board faster than you can blink. If a few of your main targets passed you by, not to worry, my friends. Here are five QBs to target in Superflex drafts whose Average Draft Position (ADP) outside the top 12 at the position can bolster your roster (and even win you weeks).

Five QB2s to Target in Superflex Drafts

Brock Purdy (San Francisco 49ers) | ADP QB14

The San Francisco signal-caller has the highest ceiling of any quarterback in this range. Purdy has been consistently productive across multiple seasons despite low passing volume throughout his career. In the event Kyle Shanahan decides to air it out a little more, Purdy could soar to a top-five finish throwing to new WR1 Mike Evans.

Jared Goff (Detroit Lions) | ADP QB16

QB10, QB7, QB6, QB9. Those are Goff's finishes the last four years. His weapons are as strong as ever and his offensive coordinator should certainly be an improvement over last season's debacle. There is no legitimate reason for Goff to have an ADP outside the top 12 quarterbacks, let alone the top 15. Strike while the iron's hot.

Baker Mayfield (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) | ADP QB18

Sharp drafters will remember Mayfield's 2024 season, when he finished QB4. What many don't realize is that Baker has been top-12 in each of his three years with the Bucs (QB10 in 2023, QB12 last season). Mayfield never misses games, throws a ton, and chips in rushing touchdowns to boot. He's the perfect QB2 with the added benefit of QB1 upside.

Sam Darnold (Seattle Seahawks) | ADP QB22

All Darnold did in 2024 was rack up over 300 fantasy points. All he did last season was win the Super Bowl while playing the most efficient football of his career. Yet fantasy drafters are not convinced, relegating him to an ADP outside the top-20 at the position. Throwing to Jaxon Smith-Njigba alone should be enough for Darnold to return value in 2026, and I've honestly seen enough to say that he's a solid NFL starter.

Aaron Rodgers (Pittsburgh Steelers) | ADP QB28

This is the ugliest one by far, and not just due to Rodgers' odious personality: he's going to turn 43 during the season, and he's coming off his worst full season as a starter. The good news is he's rarely hurt and has never finished below QB18 in any season in which he stayed healthy. The Steelers also traded for Michael Pittman Jr. this offseason to bolster their receiver room. If you're desperate for a QB2 late in your superflex drafts, Rodgers is the option most likely to give you stable production.
