Every week, Kacey Kasem will bring you WR2s primed to exceed their slot in the weekly WR fantasy rankings and could help bolster your chances at fantasy football glory.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and I’m all about savoring the season before the Christmas rush kicks in. I’m not one of those people who jumps straight to Christmas as soon as Halloween is over. I enjoy Thanksgiving—it’s a time to be grateful, eat good food, and spend time with family.

My side of the family always gets together, and this year, we are hosting it here. I can’t tell you how much I love having it at my place. Oh, and not having to travel over the holidays is always nice.

Our friends come over for game nights, and it’s just something wonderful to look forward to. My family also exchanges funny t-shirts every year. This year, I got my dad’s name in the shirt exchange. Now I’m on the hunt for the perfect shirt idea for him. It has to be something funny, of course. Got any suggestions? Help me out with something that will get a good laugh.

Now, back to business! As we head into Week 11, fantasy football is heating up, and your roster could use a boost for the final stretch. That’s where The WR2 Radar comes in! This week, I am focusing on wide receivers who have flown under the radar and have serious potential to make an impact.

I’m talking about the WR2s and WR3s, who might be your ticket to the fantasy playoffs. Whether you are stashing them for future weeks or rolling the dice on an upside start this week, these wideouts are worth your attention. So, let’s see who could be your diamond in the rough this week!

WR2s with WR1 Potential This Week

Elijah Moore, Cleveland Browns

Rostered in 8% of ESPN Leagues
Rostered in 18% of Sleeper Leagues

With Jameis Winston at quarterback, Elijah Moore has become a popular target in the Cleveland Browns’ passing game.

In Winston’s two complete games, the 24-year-old has seen a high volume of targets, totaling 21. This consistent attention bodes well for Moore, as Winston remains the starter for Week 11.

This week, Moore takes on the New Orleans Saints. New Orleans allows the 10th-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. The Saints’ defense has shown it can be beaten through the air.

Moore’s steady involvement in the Browns’ offense gives him a big chance to take advantage of this softer matchup. Fantasy managers needing a stash or a potential starter should keep the wideout on their radar.

He is seeing many targets, and the matchup is a promising one. Moore could be a valuable addition for those looking to strengthen their roster heading into the playoffs.

Mike Williams, Pittsburgh Steelers

Rostered in 28.2% of ESPN Leagues
Rostered in 23% of Sleeper Leagues

Facing the Baltimore Ravens this week, Mike Williams has a chance to make a real impact for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In his first game with the team, he was only on the field for nine offensive snaps, but he made those snaps count. The Clemson product grabbed his one target for a touchdown, helping the Steelers notch a 28-27 win over the Washington Commanders.

He should see his role increase as he gets more comfortable with the offense, and his two 1,000-yard seasons show he has the skill set to deliver.

This week’s matchup is about as good as it gets. The Ravens are giving up the most fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers, making Williams a sneaky start with big-play upside.

If he is available in your league, now is the time to consider adding him to your lineup. He has the potential to be a high-reward play in Week 11.

Devaughn Vele, Denver Broncos

Rostered in 5% of Sleeper Leagues
Rostered in 0.5% of ESPN Leagues

Devaughn Vele showed up in Week 10, scoring his first NFL touchdown during the Denver Broncos’ loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

He made the most of his four targets, bringing in each for 39 yards and that big score. With 35 offensive snaps, Vele saw more action than in any of his previous six games.

The rookie has a favorable matchup this week with the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons surrender the ninth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers.

This match gives him an excellent chance to make an impact and find the end zone again. For those looking to add a spark to their lineup, Vele could be a sneaky start with high upside.

You should add him, especially in deeper leagues, where his potential for big plays makes him worth the roster spot.

Kayshon Boutte, New England Patriots

Rostered in 1.9% of Sleeper Leagues
Rostered in 5% of ESPN Leagues

Keyshon Boutte has been quietly productive for the New England Patriots. In the 19-3 win over the Chicago Bears in Week 10, he gained six targets, corralling four for 47 yards and setting a new career-high in receptions.

This contest marked his third straight game with six targets, showing a clear connection with quarterback Drake Maye. The LSU alum has seen 23 targets over his last five games, leading the Patriots’ receiving corps in routes each week.

This week, Boutte faces the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams are giving up the eighth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers—just behind the Houston Texans, who allowed the 22-year-old a season-high 14.9 PPR points back in Week 6.

He is primed for a potential breakout game with his solid target share and good matchup. Boutte could be a high-upside, boom play if you want to add a spark to your lineup.
