Tell your friends (just not your leaguemates until next week)

The fantasy football playoffs are mere weeks away, and squaring away your rosters is becoming more critical. Here are the top Week 10 Waiver Wire QBs and how to approach them before locking in your claims ahead of Wednesday morning.

*Rostership percentages courtesy of ESPN
Matthew Stafford (LAR) | 29.8%
Matthew Stafford with Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp is just… different. We know how poorly he started the season, but that’s in the rear-view mirror. Over his last two games, Stafford is the overall QB6, including QB12 this past week in an overtime win against Seattle.
There is no reason to believe Stafford will slow down as long as Nacua and Kupp are in the lineup. It’s almost fantasy football playoff time, and getting a reliable QB in any format at this point in the season is a gift. Take this gift.
Russell Wilson (PIT) | 21.7%
Pittsburgh is coming off its bye week, and QB Russell Wilson has had additional time to get in rhythm with the first-team offense. Through his first two games as the starter in the Steel City, Wilson has played well and is the overall QB10 in those games.
The Steelers’ next three opponents – WAS, BAL and CLE – all rank in the league’s bottom half in fantasy points allowed to QBs. Wilson looks more than competent and, in 2QB leagues, is a must-add on the waiver wire this week. In 1QB formats, his consistency presents more of a risk. If you don’t need a signal caller to fill in on a bye-week, he’s more of a depth addition than anything else.
Drake Maye (NE) | 10.6%
The kid is alright, and it’s time to take him seriously, folks. New England quarterback Drake Maye has been QB9 since taking over the starter role in Week 6. That stretch includes Week 8 when Maye left with a concussion in the third quarter.
New England should not be confused with a good team, but Maye shows guts and an ability to run for yards when needed. Maye has logged 141 rushing yards and a TD in his last two games. That rushing upside is enough to make him another must-add QB in 2QB formats. However, like Wilson, Maye is no more than a stash or bye-week fill-in in 1QB formats.
Joe Flacco (IND) | 7.4%
Week 9 was one to forget for veteran quarterback Joe Flacco. The current Indy signal caller was under constant pressure and managed just 4.1 fantasy points. His QB29 standing ahead of Monday Night Football is a far cry from his QB11 rating from Weeks 4 through 6.
Flacco had a bad week against an excellent Minnesota team, and the schedule only gets worse for him from here. His next three matchups are against the Bills, Jets and Lions, and there’s no guarantee he’ll be the starter after his performance on Sunday. Don’t waste your FAAB or a roster spot on Flacco this week.

All rise! The Fantasy Court of Week 14 is officially in session, and this is no routine hearing. This is the final week before the fantasy playoffs, the do-or-die moment when every ranking dispute feels like a federal case and every lineup decision could send you to the promised land or straight into offseason purgatory.
Just when you thought the map was complete, another clue reveals itself. Sure, you’ve uncovered the right defenses to stash for the fantasy playoffs (if you haven’t, go check out Part 1), but every great treasure hunt has a second chamber, a hidden compartment, a final piece that pulls the whole plan together. And in
Every fantasy manager hits that point in the season where the stars are locked in, the trades are done, and all that’s left is uncovering the missing piece that completes the championship map. It’s the moment where managers start squinting at playoff schedules like they’re ancient documents, trying to decipher which defenses are about to
IT’S TIIIIIIIIIIIMEEEEEEEE Yes, it is December 1st, which in my book means it is now acceptable to play Christmas music. She has broken free, but maybe that’s not your speed. Perhaps the Dropkick Murphys sound more like your family at Christmas. Or maybe you’re like us and just want some dang fries. However, you aren’t
You hear it all the time, but it bears repeating – dynasty is a year-round fantasy football game. Every week, subtle changes in the dynasty market force managers to react. I’ve even written a few pieces on that happening! In fact, don’t look now, but we are almost done with 2025. The 2026 class is

Thanksgiving week is finally here, and while everyone else is arguing about who ruined the mashed potatoes or why the turkey is somehow both dry and undercooked, you’re focused on the only feast that really matters: the Week 13 waiver wire buffet.
